You may close your account at any time by contacting phcash8 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms.
phcash8 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of the Platform. In the event of account closure by phcash8, any remaining balance will be returned to you, minus any amounts owed to phcash8 or subject to investigation.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.
Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact phcash8 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
